This Lifetime Television Special takes an intimate journey into the lives of young women whose personal battles against breast cancer become a rallying cry to unite. Often told they are too young for the disease, women in their 20s and 30s have long been ignored by medical research communities and are most often misdiagnosed, even though 10,000 young women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in the United States. Together, the women featured in the film are part of the first movement of young survivors who are determined to make changes within the medical community, and ultimately save lives.
